The Vice President of DFW RIMS assists the President in business administration, leads planning for major events, fulfills the President's duties if necessary, reviews and creates an action plan for the Treasurer role, and investigates non-profit status.

Jason is Corporate Global Franchising Risk Management & Vehicle Operations Manager at Enterprise Mobility, with near 30 years with the company. He was awarded two Enterprise Exceptional Achievement Awards, and an Enterprise Presidents Award. Jason obtained his BA, Political Science and Government from Southern Methodist University (SMU).

The Treasurer of DFW RIMS oversees financial operations, supervises money management, proposes an annual budget, ensures proper bookkeeping and tax filing, and provides regular financial reports to the Board of Directors.

The Secretary of DFW RIMS records all official actions, takes detailed meeting minutes, notes attendance, reads and approves prior minutes, shares drafts within 30 days, posts approved minutes to OneDrive, and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Latanya is a native Texan with almost 30 years’ experience in the insurance sector. She has worked in claims, brokering, Risk Management Information System (RMIS) support, and internal organizational risk. She currently serves as a Manager of Risk Management. She is also founder and head of LC Risk Advisory, LLC, an organization dedicated to assisting companies with their commercial risk management needs.

Marissa is employed as the Director of Risk Management for Hillwood Development Company - a Perot Company, with 23 - years of insurance experience ranging from agency, underwriting, to risk management. Hillwood is a leader in the development, construction, and acquisition of industrial, office, residential communities, and multi-family properties across North America and Europe.

Ms. Holland is passionate about education and evolving as a professional, which has led to achieving the following credentials:

He brings extensive experience from prior leadership roles at Zale Indemnity and Catholic Mutual, as well as a strong background in property claims developed during his tenure with Farmers Insurance.

Cory is the Director of Risk Management at Primoris Services Corporation, a construction company focused on critical infrastructure and energy transition markets. He earned his undergraduate degree in Emergency Administration & Planning from the University of North Texas, an MS in Insurance Management from Boston University, an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute, and an MS in Legal Studies from Cornell Law. Over the past decade, Cory has worked in academia, holding positions at Temple University, the University of Texas at Dallas, the University of North Texas, and currently, Columbia University. At Columbia, he sits on the Editorial Board for the Insurance Management Journal (The Change Catalysts) and contributes to the School of Professional Studies blog, as well as assisting with two courses: Emerging Risks and Applied Research. Cory also is a licensed insurance broker in Texas..

Jason is a Senior Liability Claims Specialist at Sedgwick, where he plays a crucial role in our Specialty Group. He expertly manages high-exposure losses exceeding $1 million in litigation for a prominent U.S.-based reinsurer. His responsibilities include conducting thorough coverage reviews for position letters and overseeing defense counsel and underlying carriers throughout the entire litigation process, from discovery and mediation to trial and appeals.

Jason is a proud graduate of the International Academy of Design in Chicago, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture. He has further distinguished himself in the insurance field by obtaining several professional designations, including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Associate in Claims (AIC). Additionally, he holds the Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA) diploma, as well as Associates in Insurance Services (AIS) and General Insurance (AINS) credentials. Jason serves as a board member for several esteemed organizations outside of DFW RIMS, including the Chicago CPCU Society Chapter, the CLM Alliance Chicago Chapter, the Dallas Claims Association, and the Honorable Order of the Blue Goose. In addition to his professional commitments, Jason is also a council member of the Circle Ten Council, BSA. He has a passion for tech culture and is an avid supporter of international football.

Known for her client-centric approach and ability to nurture long-term relationships, Jacque has earned a reputation for consistency, exceptional care, and professionalism. A frequent speaker, published author, faculty legal advisor to IAVM, and advisor to DFW RIMS, Ty has national experience handling sophisticated commercial and catastrophic litigation, as well as advising clients on transactional and governance matters.
