Member Spotlight: Antoine Green

DFW RIMS proudly celebrates member Antoine Green, AIC, AINS, and his impact and dedication to fostering inclusion and belonging. 𐚁

 Antoine is AVP of Risk Management at Gallagher Bassett says, that “DFW RIMS is making major strides in being a part of the Black History journey.”

 “Organizations like DFW RIMS continue to create opportunities and amplify the voice of our black professionals in spaces where we are sometimes excluded.”

 Within Gallagher, Antoine co-founded IN2GB, a groundbreaking rotational internship designed to empower students from historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), opening doors to new opportunities and brighter futures.

“Black History Month is more than a celebration—it’s a call to honor the enduring contributions of Black individuals, past and present, every day of the year. From seasoned professionals to rising interns, we recognize and uplift our Black team members not only for their expertise and talent but also for the strength, identity, and inspiration they bring to our organization and beyond.”
